Description
An array of fruits developed in the glass ranging from peaches and apricots to bananas and pineapples and then finally kiwis and maracujas. On the palate neat, following seamlessly, passion fruit ice cream with rum (plenty of it!), vanilla caramel sauce and a tangy coconut and lime drizzle cake. When we added a little water, a perfumed floral aroma opened up but then we returned to the fruits although this time pears, mangos and lychees. To taste now, rich with a thick texture and sweet – we were enjoying banana split churros filled with strawberries and hazelnut spread.
